Zonta Club of Saginaw
Zonta members volunteer their time, talents and money to local and international service projects, as well as scholarship and award programs aimed at furthering women's education, leadership and youth development.
The Zonta Rose
Zonta Club of Saginaw was founded in 1938 and is one of over 1,200 clubs of Zonta International, a worldwide service organization. Zonta takes its name from the Lakota Sioux Indian word meaning "honest and trustworthy." Zontians volunteer their time, talents and energy to local and international service projects that are designed to advance the status of women.
Zonta gives you the chance to be a part of something much larger than yourself...
Zonta allows you to give of yourself to others, to actively participate in the selection of service projects to help your community, and to improve the legal, political, economic, educational, health and professional status of women worldwide.
